How to book your cake?
Simply complete our online Order Request form to get started. Providing complete details helps us give you a personalized and precise price quote.
What are the booking windows?
Standard designs require a 72-hour notice, while custom cakes need at least 5 days. We book up fast, so early reservation is highly recommended.
Do you offer custom designs?
We do. Our specialty is artisanal custom cakes. Share your vision and themes, and our home-based kitchen will bring your unique cake dreams to life today.
Can I edit my order details?
Adjustments to your cake can be requested up to 48 hours post-confirmation. Changes are subject to current availability and potential design surcharges.
Payment & Policies
Deposit Information
To secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Your slot is officially reserved only once the deposit is received.
Final Payment Due
The remaining balance for all orders is due no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your order, the full payment is forfeited.
Accepted Payments
We currently accept payments via Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo. Payment details will be provided at the time of your order request confirmation.
Pickup & Delivery
Where do I pick it up?
Our designated collection point is located in Trinity Groves. You will receive the exact location details once we have processed your order request.
Is delivery available?
We certainly do. We provide local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our site. Fees are determined by the distance and added to your final total.
What is the pickup timing?
Collections are scheduled for specific windows during business hours. Kindly arrive within your chosen time so your treats remain perfectly presented.
Tips for moving your cake?
Always place your cake on a level surface like a car floor. Avoid using seats, as the slope can cause damage to the structure or design during the drive.
How do I keep it fresh?
Please refrigerate the cake, taking it out 1-2 hours before the event. Cold air is vital for buttercream, especially during the warm Texas summers.
